Plotox is a free, browser-based data visualization and chart generation tool. The Service allows users to:
- Upload and parse CSV, TSV, and Excel data files locally in the browser.
- Generate interactive charts including line, bar, pie, scatter, area, and histogram chart types.
- Clean and transform datasets using our Data Cleaner tool.
- Export charts as PNG, SVG, PDF, HTML, and JSON formats.
All data processing occurs entirely on the client side. No user data is transmitted to or stored on our servers.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- Not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the integrity or security of the Service.
- Not use the Service to process data that violates applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

The Plotox name, logo, design system, and website content are the intellectual property of Plotox. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our branding or design assets without prior written consent.
Your Data: You retain full ownership of any data you upload or process through the Service. Since Plotox operates entirely client-side, we never access, view, or claim any rights over your datasets.
Generated Charts: Charts and visualizations you create using Plotox are your property. You may use, distribute, and modify them freely for personal or commercial purposes.

Plotox relies on the following third-party services:
- Google Fonts — web font delivery service subject to Google's Terms of Service.
We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or terms of these third-party services.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- That the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
